We've brought back our quarters!  It's perfect for those small families, and individuals.  No changes can be made to the quarter cow package-you can find what's included in that package below.

The half cow is perfect for the median sized family, while the whole is perfect for those with a very large family or those that like to entertain often.

Complete with ribeyes, t-bones or New York strip & filet, hamburger, stew beef, many options for roasts, sirloins, briskets, and many other cuts that you are looking for. You, the customer, will be given a "cut sheet" to fill out so that you get exactly what you want. These cows go in weighing anywhere between 900-1300 pounds, on the hoof, and you can expect to pay for 55%-60% of that live weight.

​Our pricing, for the half is $6.00/pound and whole is $5.75/pound on the hanging weight, for the half and whole.  Quarters are $6.50/pound on the hanging weight, with a deposit of $250. All meat will be dry-aged for 14 days. We require a $500 deposit on the half, and $1000 on the whole, that will guarantee you a half, or whole, and your spot on a certain processing day. We deduct the deposit from your total cost. Balance is due upon delivery. At this time, we only accept cash & credit/debit cards. We do use a payment processor that is secure for both the customer and our business. We never see your banking information!
